What is The NW1 Womens Express
Our Camden NW1 Fat Loss Express Fitness Boot Camp is a monthly program
consisting of two / three indoor or outdoor weight loss and fitness
workouts with top notch fitness instruction. Unlike other bootcamp's we
also include a comprehensive nutrition & fitness plan that includes
nutritional coaching, all designed to get you in the best shape of your
life regardless of your current fitness level. The workouts are
specialised express 30 minute sessions designed to get you in shape
Why a Women Only Camp?
Women's Camp has been designed exclusively for WOMEN. We have
found that women wish to target areas different to men. Whereas men
like to work on building muscle especially the upper torso, women often
wish to target their hips and thighs, stomach and waistline, whilst
toning their body throughout. This boot camp is designed to target
workouts from a woman's perspective.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
You don't have to be. You will be monitored and no one will be asked to
complete more than they are capable of doing safely. If you have five

Business Centre/School on Haverstock Hill.

reachable by phone right up until the start of the session.
How often will we meet?
EVENING COURSE: We meet twice a week - please check the registration
page for current times and availability. (doors open 15
minutes before start time so you can come early to warm up)
During the Spring and Summer we meet every TUESDAY & THURSDAY at
7am in HAMPSTEAD HEATH (meeting point varies depending on the session
and will be sent to you upon registration).
What if I can’t attend 2 sessions a
I know you’ll agree that some exercise is better than no
exercise. So if you can’t make it just two days a week, at least
do your best to attend once a week. We have seen participants achieve
significant results while attending one day a week and completing the
rest of our programme using our members online workouts, in their own

to booked holidays, and other commitments?
NO. If you are worried about missed sessions.. we got you covered 3
different ways, just do one of the following:
1. IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL MISS SOME SESSIONS (FOR ANY REASON) WHEN YOU
SIGN UP - email us before your start date and we will add extra
sessions to your existing membership.
2. IF YOU FIND OUT YOU WILL HAVE TO MISS A SESSION DURING YOUR MONTHS
MEMBERSHIP, email us within 24 hours of your session and we will credit
your missed sessions to your next membership.
3. IF YOU THINK YOU WILL MISS SEVERAL SESSIONS AND DO NOT KNOW IN
ADVANCE WHEN THIS MIGHT BE.. choose the open pass where you can attend
any session within your open pass period (3 months)
So you have nothing to worry about as you will not lose sessions due to
planned holidays or events or unforeseen changes!

What if I’m too busy and don’t
have time to come?
Professionally speaking…after working with over 10,000 clients
over the years we have found that not enough time is just an excuse.
The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to

Ok, you make sense … what do I need
Nothing. We will provide all the equipment, motivation, and
accountability you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle and an
eagerness to get results!
What should I wear?
INDOORS: Comfortable gym clothing
Membership and Premium Membership): Don't wear that expensive tracksuit
you bought from Harrods :). Wear warm comfortable clothing this time of
year, try to wear layers so you can add or reduce your clothing as
necessary. You should bring a waterproof where necessary. We use a
groundsheet in muddy weather for 'floor' exercises but hey sometimes
you might get a little dirty, and this adds to the fun of the workouts.
What can I expect to achieve?
If you hit the ground running and follow the program exactly as given,
you can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and
toned. On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, plus drop a
dress/trouser size, and 2-5% body fat in as little as a month. This
bootcamp is targetted to women and includes exercises designed to firm
your buttocks and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and
bloating and increase confidence.

What do I do if I cannot attend some
Firstly, there are three ways you can ensure you do not lose sessions

shape for - you might want to consider the premium course. The premium boot camp membership
has many extras including an extra session every week, a personalised
nutrition plan and several alternative workout programmes to keep you

nutrition, exercise workout diary and training programme to accompany
your sessions. In the Premium Course we also Include an additional
online plan with personally recommended additional video exercises
& targeted home workout sessions which you can use any time you

Can I pay per workout or just when I come?

What kind of assessment will you do?
Assessments are optional. Within your first week we can take a few
simple measurements to see your starting point. The evaluation also
includes a quick, easy, and noninvasive body fat test. It's strictly
for a post-camp comparison. Additional assessments include a Vo2
Fitness test and a Real Physical Age test. These numbers and all other
information will be held in the strictest confidence.
Don't be surprised if you see a 3-5% reduction in your body fat after
your first months course.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days when starting
out. After that point, it is little to moderate. It's part of the
process that lets you know you are doing something different! After the
first two weeks your body will adjust and you’ll find that
you’re no longer sore.
What is a typical session like?
It's always an adventure amongst friends, with your expert professional
boot camp instructor JJ. You will be exercised according to your
fitness level. You will be expertly guided whilst doing cardiovascular
training with special resistance training using equipment, power balls,
tubes, steps, bands and body exercises to lose fat, speed up metabolism
and target those key areas. After each session JJ will be available to
discuss details of what to do between sessions and answer any of your
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of
days. "Visual Improvement" can take from four to eight weeks depending
on your effort level. It is common to see participants who combine the
nutrition blueprint with the bootcamp sessions go down 1-2
dresses/trouser sizes in a month.
How hard will I be expected to work?
If you are not used to exercising, at first you might find it a little
challenging but your trainer will be there to both monitor and advise
you. Your trainer is very experienced at working with all levels
and you will never be asked to do something you are not capable
of doing. However, as you stick at it and get fitter, you will find you
can work harder and results will come faster. If you are already fit
you will be put through your paces!
What happens after my membership expires - can I

What's The Difference Between Premium Membership and
the Open Pass?
The difference between the Premium and Open Pass is the time period and
the access to sessions.
Premium: unlimited access to morning and evening sessions
and exclusive sessions every Saturday morning. You also get many
additional resources and a personal 30 minute consultation to plan a
personal targeted training/diet approach.
Open Pass: Choose either morning or evening bootcamp
sessions - 10 sessions can be taken any time over a 3 month period.
This is ideal for those who cannot commit to the monthly programme.
However the monthly Premium can be extended if you are going away
during the month providing you inform us when you sign up (via email) -
we then extend your membership accordingly.
What is the GOLD COURSE?
The gold course is a Personal Training Crash Course consisting of five
sessions spread out as necessary. When you sign up for a Gold Course
you also get free unlimited access to either the morning or evening
bootcamps for one month!
I am fit and used to regular exercise. Is the program
tough for people who are not beginners?
YES! We have ALL LEVELS attending our training camp. The program is
challenging for fit members whilst adjusted for beginners and
